ICE Trippin' Again? Cali Man Shot Up, Claims They Framed Him as a Gangbanger
Real talk: ICE wildin' out here, sprayin' up a bro then tryin' to pin it on gang affiliation? Nah, son, somethin' ain't right.

Patterson, CA – Aye, check it. ICE back at it again, messin' wit' the people. This time, they shot up Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez, a 36-year-old dude from Cali, and now they tryna say he's a gang member? Straight BS.
His lawyer, Patrick Kolasinski, says ICE hit Carlos with more than six bullets, one to the face. The man's in the ICU, can't even speak right, and ICE is out here smearin' his name. Straight up disrespectful.
ICE's acting director, Todd Lyons, tryna spin the story, sayin' Carlos “weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run an officer over.” Word? That's what they always say, ain't it? Blame the victim. No accountability.
Dashcam footage surfaced, but it's blurry af. Shows ICE agents surrounding the car, Carlos backin' up, then tryin' to drive forward. You can't even see when the shots went off. Shady.
Kolasinski sayin' Carlos was tryna dip 'cause ICE was already shootin' at him. “He was trying to get away because he was being shot at,” the lawyer said. Makes sense, right? Ain't nobody stickin' around to catch bullets.
Then ICE hit us with the gang affiliation claim. Sayin' Carlos is part of the “18th Street Gang” and wanted for murder in El Salvador. Bruh, where they gettin' this info? Sounds like they just reachin'.
Kolasinski shut that down quick, sayin' Carlos ain't no gang member and was cleared of those charges. ICE tryna paint him as a monster to justify what they did.
This ain't nothin' new, tho. ICE been harassin' folks for years. Profilin', deportin', tearin' families apart. They think they can just do whatever they want. This is some extra BS.
The community needs to stand up and demand justice for Carlos. We gotta hold ICE accountable for their actions and stop them from terrorizin' our neighborhoods.
This ain't just about one dude gettin' shot. It's about a system that's designed to oppress and marginalize. We gotta fight back against this injustice and demand real change.
They gotta do better. Period. We ain't gonna stand for this no more. The streets are watchin'. Keep it 100, ya heard?
