Texas OG Been Huntin' His Daughter's Killer 40 Years: Now He Mighta Got 'Em
Real talk, cops ain't always gonna solve it. This Black man out here doin' what they won't, searchin' fo' justice in dem Texas killin' fields.

LEAGUE CITY, Texas – A'ight, listen up. This ain't no fairy tale. This is real life, Texas style. Tim Miller, the founder of EquuSearch, been on a mission for 40 years, tryin' to find the dude who took his daughter, Laura. Fo' real, cops dropped the ball, so he had to take matters into his own hands. That's how it is sometimes, ya dig?
Back in '84, Laura disappeared from League City, part of a whole bunch of women and girls vanishin' in what they call the “killin' fields.” Cops weren't doin' nothin', so Tim started EquuSearch in 2000. Man had to put in work where the system failed. He’s been dedicated since then.
EquuSearch ain't no fancy operation. It's real people, ridin' horses, usin' ATVs, doin' the dirty work to find missing folks. They ain't playin' games. They get the job done, period. The system, you know, never for us.
Four years ago, Tim got a call from some dude soundin' like he was off the Henny. Most folks woulda hung up. But Tim? He's a different breed. He listened. And that call might be the key to solvin' this whole damn thing. Gotta keep it real.
Word is, that tip led to findin' a possible serial killer and arrestin' some accomplice. After DECADES. They're tryna find out all of the details, but the long time coming for closure is approaching.
Tim ain't holdin' back on his feelings about the system, either. “I dedicated my damn life to this shit, and I’m very disappointed in the system.” That's how a lot of people feel, ain't it? The system supposed to protect us, but it be failing us constantly.
So, shout out to Tim Miller and EquuSearch. They out here doin' the work the cops shoulda been doin' all along. They givin' families closure, bringin' justice to the streets. That's what it's all about, right? Stay true to the mission.
This ain’t just about one case. It’s about how the system treats our women, especially Black and brown women. We gotta look out for each other, 'cause the system ain't gonna do it for us. We gotta remember the names of the lost and keep fightin' for justice, no matter how long it takes. It's on us, fam. No cap.
Tim Miller out here showin' what real dedication looks like, even when the odds stacked against you and the system lettin' you down. Gotta respect the hustle.
